Lisa Thornton is the dining workforce program manager for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ College Dining Services. She onboards new staff to the Dining Services team and is the ServSafe and FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) trainer for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ College students and all Dining Services staff. Lisa graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in business management emphasizing in human resource management. She also received a tourism management certificate. She previously worked in the hospitality and gaming industry for 18 years prior to coming to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ College in 2014.
